Building, Equipment, & Grounds

Oversees the maintenance, repair, and upkeep of the church property, buildings, and equipment.

Christian Nurture & Education

Oversees Christian education programs of the church (e.g., adult education, church school, Vacation Bible School, confirmation class).

Fellowship

Oversees the planning of meals and gatherings that connect the members of the church.

Finance & Administration

Oversees the finances and the everyday operations and transactions of the church, and oversees the staff of the church.

Membership/Stewardship

Oversees the welcoming of visitors and new members into the life of the church, as well as watches over the life and care of the congregation. Also oversees the promotion and education of how the church and its individual members manage the resources (time, talent, material possessions, creation) given to us by God

Worship, Music & Arts

Oversees the planning and ordering of the worship of God in the life of the congregation.

Mission/Community Engagement

Oversees the relationship between the church and the greater community and looks for ways to offer partnership and help where needed.
